The 2011 Fall Swiss tournament will begin on October 19. There will be one game per week, with a total of four games. The time control will be sudden death in 90 minutes per player per game. Digital clocks should be set at 90 minutes with a 5-second delay.

The entry fee is $5.

If you plan to play but cannot be present for a starting time of 7 p.m., please tell me by midnight Tuesday night that you are entering. You will have time to pay the $5 entry fee after you appear.

Total of 63 players showed up with the top board being NM Williams at the Waukesha Memorial. A 5 way tie for first with a total of 3.5 points from Bill Williams, Robert Murphy, Awonder Liang, David Jin, and Aaron Jing. In the WCC championship, its a slug-fest for the top spot! Total of 32 players are participating in this event. The last round is underway with Master Williams taking on Robert Murphy for the title!

Total of 32 entering this event with two masters going for it all at the last round. Cooper came back to play in this event and faced Williams in the last round with williams taking the final point to finish in first with 4 points. Hobart Lilly and Brady Harder took 2nd by drawing to each other in the last round and ending with 3.5 points. 6 players tied for 4th place and Cooper was one of them. Hope to see more of Cooper at the WCC this year!

Rober Lee Murphy wins by beating NM Williams in the last round. Murphy finished with 4 points while 6 players tied for second place at 3 points. Brady Harder, Reese Jr, Zimmerman, McCutchin, Coons, and Williams all finished in 2nd.
